Rossella was an excellent host, very helpful and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The place is also very well located, especially for people with luggage (less than 5 minutes from a ferry station and no need to cross bridges with heavy suitcases). The flat itself was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay!
If there's anything bad to say, it was just about the Venice tourist tax, as we learned the day before the check-out that it needed to be paid in cash, and I had to find an ATM and withdraw some money. But it was a very minor hiccup in an otherwise excellent experience.

Fantastic location in San Polo. Away from the madness of Rialto & San Marco. Some fabulous restaurants nearby.
I’d have liked more pillows.
