Liegt sehr zentral und es ist schön ruhig .Ein alter Palazzo zum Teil mit historischer Einrichtung und wertvollen Muranoglas Leuchtern.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, die über einige wenige Stufen gut zu erreichen ist.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Es gibt sogar einen Kaffeeautomat mit Dampfdüse für Milchschaum oder heißes Wasser.
Kaffeebohnen waren noch vorhanden.
Auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden,falls man viel kocht.
Laura wohnt eine Wohnung über dem Apartment und ist immer bereit zu helfen wenn man wie wir den Toaster nicht findet oder die Spülmaschine einmal nicht ging, weil wir eine falsche Taste an der Wand gedrückt hatten. Sie ist wirklich eine Perle und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten 2 Schlüssel und konnten auch getrennt unterwegs sein.
Die Wohnung wurde von uns mit 2 Personen genutzt so hatte jeder ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Es gibt zu den 2 Schlafzimmern noch ein Bett im sehr breiten Durchgang ,da könnte ein großes Kind schlafen ,allerdings ist das auch der Weg zum Wohnzimmer und der Küche .Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind am Ende des breiten Flures .
Für uns 2 Freundinnen war es perfekt.
Es war sehr schön kühl in der Wohnung ..die Klimaanlage kühlt die Schlafzimmer mit wenn man die Türen Tagsüber auflässt.Ich fand das eine gute Lösung da man im Schlafzimmer dadurch keinen Zug von einer Klimaanlage hat. in kurzer Entfernung erreicht man einen Coop, der um 8:30 Uhr öffnet, wo man auch schon Brot und Brötchen bekommt sowie Wurst und Käse und alles, was man so braucht.
Das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten 😂

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet square, all the facilities you will need and excellent air con. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable and a great base for exploring Venice.
The host, Laura, is very friendly and helpful, happy to offer recommendations and ensured we were happy.
