The location.
The description of the property is incorrect: 1. The dining table was unstable and it board was loose. 2. One chair was broken, 2. The device in the bathroom (AC ?) does not work, 3. There were not complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner) for the guest

Good location, AC work great, kitchen all equipped
There were a lot of drain flies in the bathroom and kitchen areas fly all over the place.
The entrance light were not working, and the Wi‑Fi was also not working well.
One chair was completely broken — the seat was ripped, yet it was still left at the dining table.
The room smells very bad and damp.

Appartamento cupo e senza wifi (e non c’è segnale per la rete normale), è caratteristico ma l’odore di muffa è molto forte
