Sofia was an amazing host. Her communication was fast clear and beyond helpful! We are soo appreciative of her help and recommendations. The apartment was clean with plenty of room with beautiful views and in the perfect central location.

Everything was fantastic! Great apartment and location. Check-in was very easy. Also, Sophia was incredibly helpful, with all kinds of help and information. There was going to be a national strike on the day of our departure, and she reached out to make sure that we were aware that our travel plans might be affected. She even booked us a 6am water taxi when we had to take an early train.

The location of the apt was perfect for walking to all of Venice’s attractions and the perfect size for family of 3 (2 adults and 1 adult child who had his own space). Easy walk from the vaporetto water taxi station even with roller bags!Check in directions and all communication was timely and thorough. Sofia answered all my many questions and was as sweet as can be. Luggage storage available if needed too!Wish there was an elevator to the 4th flr but we managed just fine.
