Location is perfect for being close to San Marco, Rialto Bridge and amazing restaurants
Not far from the Rialto stop with the water bus.
Be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with the last set of stairs being steep and slightly slippery. Very secure apartment.
Facilities were great and there is a wine cellar/rack where you can sample a bottle of vino from the owners very own vineyard. Just leave the payment on the table. Prices range from EURO 7 - 8 per bottle

The check-in process was really smooth and communication with the staff was smooth. I was surprised with how spacious the stay was. The location was also pretty central as it was near the Rialto Bridge. Overall a great stay!

It was like living in my own home. Bed was comfortable bathroom size was perfect. Love that we were able to open windows off of the canal certainly in the heart of the city and around everything too easily walk.
