Close to surf spots with or without car. Very private and safe secure place with amazing elderly owner.
TVs not Netflix Friendly or new tec friendly. The HOA vendor over charges elderly woman on propane gas and water. Therefore the showers are not even warm and without water pressure. Had to heat up pots of water on stove for 5 days.

Ocean view, balcony, was pretty clean
No fan, room got hot :( Ants spread out, also found on bed Walls incredibly thin and could hear every noise, including traffic off highway No hot water

Location was close to everything I wanted to see and do, nice view of the ocean.
Breakfast was a microwaved tamale ugh! There are so many places to eat close by don't bother with breakfast. Road noise was loud, but everything is right off the main road. Not the value I expected.
