Everything was clean, the food was tasty, and the desserts were very good. The staff work hard to look after their guests. The beach was also well maintained.
The weather wasn’t on our side, but of course that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

Beautiful pool, staff going an extra mile to provide service (for example the cook fried sausages for me after I politely asked), attention to detail (for example room service provides free sparkling water everyday), etc
The hotel is overcrowded by Germans and so every program is tailored for Germans, mostly provided in German language. Also, there are too many kids making noise, making this hotel less ideal for couples.

Compact hotel and it wasn’t too crowded. Food was amazing. Friendly bartenders.
Our room got flooded from the rain. The initial staff reaction was to put a towel on the floor which we had already done so we were a bit disappointed that they only did that. Later the leak got worse and we were moved to another room (better one), but we also had to wait 2 hours until the other room is ready.
