Good price point, staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed with funky mood lighting in the room.
Lack of kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. I have never been to a hotel in England that doesn't provide a kettle or offer complimentary hot drinks if no kettle is provided.

Compact room with everything you needed. Clean, modern in a perfect location for where I needed to be
My room was right in front of the elevator which proved to be very noisy with traffic of people coming in and leaving quite late and early. disrupted my sleep a little bit.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
The beds in the twin rooms are tiny and really uncomfortable. Plus the room did not have a table or plugs beside both beds.
