The staff, the bed, the location
The one morning without hot water.

Lovely old authentic building with amazing staff and a wonderful breakfast each morning, included in the price. the staff gave me lots of suggestions for places to go and visit and also eat. The beds are soooo comfortable.
It was a bit dark in the room as it is within a courtyard, we did have trouble with the water being too hot but this was sorted out immediately.

I thought the breakfast was great.
I thought the location was okay, as single women staying alone I didn't like you had to knock in order for someone to open the door for you. The area was quiet and I didn't feel comfortable, I wouldn't say it is not safe though. The staff was okay. There was only person and the security guards were super friendly. There was no vibe as you walk in. It was just okay, I didn't love it. I wanted to, but it was just okay for me.
