The location was easy to navigate and close to restaurants, bars, and easy to get an Uber. Close to pharmacy and 7-Eleven. I loved that our room even had a purified water tap in the kitchen to ensure we didn't have any issues with the regular water. The room was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The staff was exceptional and always friendly, professional, and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again in the future. The AC was easy to use and very much needed during the hotter days of our trip. There was always staff at the front desk and available via text which was great for security and any questions that came up.
There was an odor coming from the kitchen sink one day but it seemed to go away on its own. Everything else was great.

Excellent neighborhood. Really close to a lot of amazing restaurants and nightlife. Well run business. Clean apartment. Decent beds, lots of towels, everything worked inside. Noisy because it's near a busy street.
Common areas are not that big, but it was still good enough for our family of four.

Staff was so friendly. Neighborhood was super accessible to the metro. Drinking water in the hotel was a plus. Very comfortable and fun. Enjoyed the decor too.
Beds were a little firm. Other than that it was perfect!

Great location and comfortable beds
There was damage to the property that was existing at check in and when I brought it to their attention during my stay they claimed it was my fault but their cleaning crews should have spotted this before. As a result they refused to return my deposit which was also much more than the damage amount.
