Están muy cómodos y lindos los departamentos y muy bien ubicados .
Que el estacionamiento está minúsculo !
Que las almohadas están demasiado gordas , podrían tener la opción de almohadas de pluma
Que no tienen café de cortesía dentro del depa .

We had an excellent stay at Isabella by Viadora. We were traveling as a multigenerational family to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is centrally located in Polanco with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is excellent - very friendly and accommodating (they even provided me with a little cake for my birthday!). The rooms themselves were spacious, clean and bright. We wanted a place where we could have common space for gatherings during our stay and Isabella by Viadora definitely delivered on that.
The only thing that could be improved is the twin bed in the Penthouse third bedroom. It is quite short for an adult of average size.
