First time in Mexico City. Location was excellent for a tourist as it's adjacent to the park, Castle, museums and Condesa. It wasn't as close to Zocalo/Roma Norte but that's ok because the walk there was beautiful. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. They gave us hot towels and bottled water on arrival, stocked our rooms with bottled water, and the room service was very tasty and not that expensive. I will stay here again!
Ice is a must for me. There wasn't an ice maker available for guests (I get it, it's made from water and tourists should drink bottled water). However, the hotel delivered ice to me every night and that was amazing.

The bar was a highlight — we enjoyed drinks and a light dinner there, and the staff did an excellent job. The bellmen were also outstanding.
At check-in, we were told our room wasn't ready and to return in an hour. After 90 minutes — during which we went to lunch — the same staff member asked us to wait yet another hour. After expressing my frustration, a colleague at the front desk stepped in and arranged an alternative room, which I appreciated.
Overall, the staff were pleasant and the hotel was decent, but the windows throughout were noticeably faded, making it difficult to enjoy what should be a nice park view.

Location was ok. It was very clean.
Mattress was awful hard and lumpy, zero water pressure in shower (it just slowly dripped), ac barely worked and room stayed hot, park view is a parking lot, food was way overpriced and apparently guests get 25% discount but nobody told us so we paid full price even though they asked for our room number each time. Very dated decor. Maid service was bad.
