Absolutely loved staying here. The reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and as someone who doesn't speak Spanish, I was happy to find they spoke excellent English. The hotel's interior was attractive and modern, with lots of openings to the outside from within the hotel. And the room was huge, well decorated, super comfortable, and just all around a joy to stay in. I wholeheartedly recommend staying there!
The only potential drawback, if you're looking for quiet "boutique accommodations," would be the location -- it is on a main street that draws a lot of people for its restaurants and bars. It's nothing obnoxious, and I never found it too loud, but there will be people around for most times of the day & night. However this is actually a good thing if you want to be near "where the action is."

Great location, clean, and good value for money.
Seemingly weak washing machine. I spilled coffee on the counter and as any sensible guest I wanted to clean it. I opted for the environmentally friendly option of using a towel to wipe the coffee. I was surprised to find out that the hotel’s washing machine is incapable of washing off coffee stains. The hotel decided the towels are beyond repair and charged me MX$300 to replace them. Unfortunately, I was informed of this after my departure otherwise I would’ve kept the damaged towels.
