We had a wonderful stay. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are green and peaceful, with lots of trees and plants, the beach and the sea are lovely. The food was consistently delicious, and everything was well organized.
What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive.
A special thank you to Sanela at the reception for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable🤗 She was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. She always did everything she could do to help, often going far beyond what we expected.

We stayed here with our family and everything was perfect. The grounds are huge, with plenty of space for walks. The beach is excellent and never crowded, so there's always room to relax. The food was great too, with plenty of choice for everyone. Highly recommend!

Beautiful territory and wonderful staff, with excellent Premium and concierge service from Maria, especially for restaurants and Bali bed bookings.
However, the hotel itself does not feel 4 stars enough for its positioning.
The pools need renovation and the main restaurant feels more like a canteen, with some dirty tables and chairs. The kids’ room could be much better, especially as the TV is on almost all day. The coffee is mainly machine-made and quite low quality for a premium resort.

Most of the things well below standard.
Rooms, towels looked like been used for years. Plates and cutlery not well cleaned.
