I like the cleanliness of the room, good size, comfortable bed, with a large window overlooking the pool, the hotel has an elevator, its in a nice quiet residential street and yet only two blocks to a large shopping center "Plaza del Sol" so there's many places to eat and shop.
One issue we had was with the TV, the remote wasn't working and we ended up watching local channels, however the staff did work hard trying to fix the issue. This is a personal matter but I found the comforter too heavy and uncomfortable to use.

The heated pool was amazing: hands down the best thing about this hotel. I also loved the location in a safe, nice, and walkable area. Staff always made sure our needs were met.
The hotel could use a bigger restaurant: it's way too small and frequently crowded during breakfast time. Staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times, but other than that, it's a nice facility and would stay here again.

I have stayed here before. It is just down a few blocks from Plaza Del Sol where I can buy a Blizzard from the Dairy Queen. There is great shopping there and a Chilis. It is close to Guadalajara Expo, Ikea, and City Market. I like that the hotel is adults only and although they state there is no parking, it is in a neighborhood where you can safely park on the street. There are a few parking spots at the hotel and we almost always get one of them.
It is a quiet neighborhood and a very reasonable nightly rate.
There is either a deoderizer in the air conditioning or housekeeping uses a very strong smelling cleaning product. I do not like breathing in the chemicals and for that reason may look for another hotel in the same area.

Room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable
The room was very small. There was an air conditioner out side my room that made a squeeking sound all night. And the location was far from the airport. So it was kind of expensive to take a Uber
