The location was great. Close to the Expo area of Guadalajara, surrounded by a beautiful walkable neighborhood full of gorgeous old-growth trees.
Staff were kind and attentive, including the breakfast staff.
It’s also nice that they have a breakfast buffet.
The room was tiny. Facilities were basic, incl. no gym.

Bed was comfortable. Adjacent restaurants to eat
Got bit by some type of insect. Not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas. Shower not very clean. Door was slimy and had hair. Toilet area had urine smell. No safe box. No iron. Not even a paper pad or pen
