We stayed here after our original hotel was double booked. The hotel was fine but nothing special and breakfast was good.
Lovely staff and plenty of parking.
There was no air conditioning or lift.
There was a conference in the breakfast room which meant we had to eat in the dining room. Not a problem in itself but we had to keep going back & forth to a little room off the breakfast room for tea, coffe, juice, cutlery etc. Not great, or easy when you walk with a stick.

Staff were very friendly, and the hotel is in a lovely location with a beautiful view!
There was no water pressure in the shower, the whole place is a bit run down, and with the restaurant being so popular, it was really loud and I was unable to sleep.
