beautiful property and delicious food.
On the website under most popular facilities, it says "airport shuttle (free)". But, after we made the booking and asked about this shuttle service, the reply was
"Hotel only provide Taiwan High Speed Rail Station Shuttle Bus. If you would like to Shuttle Service, we can book limo service for you, it will be charged extra fee. Please contact us if you would like a price quote,, related department will reply you."
I find the "airport shuttle (free)" misleading!! And, the follow-up message is not friendly and helpful for a tourist who has not been to Taiwan for a long while.
Also, staff members at this property must be very proud of working in this 5-star property, especially the check-in staff I met at the reception. one comment.. arrogant!! I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip to Taiwan, this is the most expensive but the lowest level of service.

it is clean, and vacation-y, shuttle bus is a lifesaver for the person who cannot drive there, the SPA is exceptional, very relaxing, 10/10 recommend for the spa treatment, the whole staff there is professional and kind.
