5 mins walk to MRT Taipei Arena station. 7-11 across the road and liquor store next door. Eating cattery around the hotel. Room to toilet open concept with curtain as dividers. Nice trees hotel.

The staff were particularly helpful and polite.
The hotel decor was nice.
The location was perfect for me.
The beds were super comfortable and the room spacious.
The room was a little noises at night from the road outside.
The gym was not very well equipped but enough for a quick workout.

The hotel is so modernised and comfortable, free flow of water bottles, coffee tea and canned drinks. The water pressure is so good that you will fall in love to it, the location is fabulous, MRT is in walking distance only

Room was spacious.
The entire bathroom is along the windows, and separated from the rest of the room by a large curtain. It was strange and inconvenient. If someone was using the toilet or bath, the room would be dark, without windows.
The shower gel holder in my bathroom wasn't attached to the wall from day 1, but housekeeping never bothered to fix it, just left it on the shelf.
Bed and pillows too soft for my liking.
They only allowed "late" checkout by an extra 30 minutes :(
