Incredible staff members and free breakfast. The associates who worked at the hotel made me feel welcomed and were truly gracious, helpful, and hospitable. They made my experience in Taiwan more memorable.

The bed was big and comfortable. Air con worked well. Staffs were all attentive and helpful. Location was great. There are restaurants, cafes and convenient stores around the hotel. Also the metro is just right next to the hotel. It is very convenient to commute. The room was not entirely quiet. I can hear some street noise but I brought my own earplug. The hot bath and steam rooms was great just what I needed after the long walk in the city. The bath and steam room were not fancy but adequate.
Could not think of one. This is my second stay and I will book again for my next trip to Taipei.

Excellent hotel, numerous, friendly staff, great breakfast and nice pool/spa. Staff helped us find a clinic nearby.
