Coffee machine was in fact the life-saver and the only reason why I rate an overall 9 (otherwise 8), and it was free-flow!
Breakfast was not attractive at all, bananas were too frozen and ripe but the congee was a must!

The location was great, right next to the MRT so you could explore plenty, also right next to a McDonalds, which has a stronger breakfast. There's plenty of shops around as well, and the MRT has an underground mall
The breakfast was a bit bare bones, and it was a bit difficult to find. For those looking-- do NOT go in through the mall, you'll end up in the backrooms, it's right next door to the overground mall.

Hotel is clean, the location is good it’s near in MRT and most specially the staff are accomodating. I also like the water and soda inside our room they refill everyday.

Location since it was close to places I needed to visit
Noise can be heard from next room, upstairs & corridor. Sink in front of opening door and not in the bathroom. Lack of action to fix or resolve matters quickly. E.g. Inoperative safe & no soap
