The staff were lovely and amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The location was incredible...so much life in this part of town. The rooms were really fun and the design details were great, so many lovely details. The rooms were very well equipped and the minibar snacks were a bonus
The food options were so limited and there isn't something available at all times. This seems to be a trend with marriott hotels- food just isn't a priority. . The pool has no refreshments which is quite boring and a shame for such a great pool spot. One really simple one...there is no where to sit in reception and wait for your friends or your taxi.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, great location, superb concierge and housekeeping
The reception would not acknowledge the Marriott Bonvoy membership even though they advertise to be in the chain

Room design layout poor. E.g. chandelier hang too low at shoulder level! Glass partition and door not so obvious cause bumping, shower faucets and pipes setup imitate old fashion, not effective. A lot of superfluous things, lighting power switches unclear…….
