Spacious room and bed. They were very comfortable to share with our 10 year old daughter and my husband treated himself with a huge bed for a few nights stay. The room was very clean. Lots of space for open suitcases. A/C working perfectly. We don't eat large breakfasts so it was handy that there was a small cafe in the lobby. There were some local restaurants, a night market Taiwanese massage in walking distance. Friendly and polite staff. A lovely heated outdoor pool which my daughter enjoyed the most.
We felt the nearest MRT station (15 mins walk) is a little far after a long day out with a child. We ended up using taxis most times but they weren't expensive compared to the UK. The only con was the night light under the bedside table was too bright and it was difficult to find which switch to turn it off in the middle of the night without turning on everything different lights. Apart from these, there's nothing to fault.

- Rooms are clean and very spacious, especially the bathroom
- They give u free snacks and drinks every day
- Free airport shuttle to the nearest station or paid service to the airport
- Friendly and polite staff
- Breakfast didn't change much
- Room was not soundproof, we could hear our neighbours taking a shower or talking on the phone
- Hotel is located near a busy road

Lighting in the toilet is too dark. Pillows were terrible. 10 minutes away from the metro

The quality of food in both breakfast and dinner is very average. The hot food is served lukewarm or even at room temperature.
