Staff and cleanliness, sustainability
Not a good value hotel in terms of price and service . Bed is not comfortable. Only 2 bottles of water a day. Not included breakfast in spite of relatively higher prices than other international chains.

Clean convenient comfortable
Air con was a bit hard to adjust and set as the thermostat whilst fixed, showed temp went up and down a bit during the night.

The staff and accommodation are quite as expected, but the food, breakfast, dinner, lounge, is quite terrible...
