Чуйність та небайдужість персоналу до гостей, комфортні будиночки, гарна територія з місцем для прогулянок, гарні краєвиди👌🏻
Деякі технічні проблеми в будиночках, витрачали час відпочинку на вирішення цих проблем😥також шум від будівництва поруч.

Вілла дуже сподобалась. Локація чудова, неймовірні гори, чисте повітря та атмосфера, в якій справді можна відпочити й перезавантажитися.
Окремо хочеться відзначити смачну кухню. Єдине, що не сподобалось це ребра в медовому соусі, вони були досить жирними та, на жаль, недостатньо добре приготованими.
А от SPA це просто рай. Територія велика, доглянута й дуже гарна, є багато чого подивитися.
З побажань до номера хотілося б, щоб на дверях балкону була москітна сітка, особливо в теплу пору року.
Також варто врахувати, що місцями може бути трохи шумно, оскільки поруч є будівництво.

I really liked the location, The restaurant was tasty and nice. Rooms were big with an amazing view and clean amendments. Jacuzzi service was very nice as well. The included breakfast is nice to have especially with room service to your doorstep for fair 50uah :). Loved the hiking spots near that place. The Alpiyka located right at the bottom of Zakhar Berkut hike and provides a very lovely route to the top of it.
There was one moment with administration of the Hotel. So on the Hotel area there are random cats which are fed by the staff of the hotel and they do run around sometimes. So my wife wanted to pet one of those cuz she likes cats a lot and she got her finger slightly cut by one of those cats. We've asked administrator if those cats are vaccinated against rabies. Administrator told us that it's not their responsibility even if they feed them or if they run around their territory. I consider administrator's statement incompetent and misleading.
