The hotel is worth visiting

This is truly a great place. Beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the hotel. The hotel has good and clean rooms. Wonderful cuisine. The hotel is worth visiting

good location, clean, safe

Problems were with breakfast on the second day of our stay. It was like “we do not care much about you”. The restaurant administration has to show more respect to their clients

Nice holiday close to the mountains

Staff was warm and welcoming, rooms are big and beds are comfy, wi-fi worked great. There's a pool, a sauna. Kids center has a dedicated care taker and was one of the best we've ever had included into the price of a stay. Breakfast was excellent and you could buy lunch / dinner if it's not included into your rate. The order system is a bit confusing at first (because you can order additional items for your breakfast that go with always available buffet) but once you figure it out that works great! I loved everything and there's nothing to complain about really, recommended. Oh, and on top of that there are medical services and mineral water included into the price but we haven't really used those.

As I've said above there's nothing to complain about really. Please be aware there's a cash deposit on check-in, I'm not sure if they can take a card for that. I've seen an ATM in the hall.

quiet room, nice SPA

staff could be trained little bit more on communication issues. In the message on booking.com prior to our check-in as well as at the front desk we got invitation for free visit to a therapist, which supposedly was included in our package. Well, in the medical centre we got a different rather straightforward and close to be rude answer “you are here only for 2 days, so you have to pay for your doctor visit”. Such inconsistency in communication was the most frustrating experience during our stay.

Friendly staff, nice indoor swimming pool, good food

The hotel is located right opposite the amphitheater. I don’t know how often the summer concerts are there but the weekend I was there it was very loud music untill 1.30 in the night. I lived in the room on the ettic and with closed windows it felt like I was in the middle of concert scene.

very good stay, great place, I recomend

Very good place, well situated, good breakfast, clean with pleasant friendly staff. The only issue are the elevators, often broken and many stairs, my mom (78) has some struggle with that. I liked the equipment , amenities and daily open free snacking area. Otherwise very good stay, thank you for everything.

Lost 7 Kilos in 10 days hiking around skhidnitsa. Housekeeping and Kitchen are the best here.

A good place to drop a few kilos in the Carpathian mountains. Housekeeping is at its best! Adequate pool and Sauna. The kitchen's chef is creative. Private Parking is safe. Overall, a nice resort surrounded with mountains and Naftusa drinking water.

I had a massage on the 4th floor, (same floor where I was staying). The masseur had No mask and his nose was running. He was sniffing and snorting. This is Covid era. Unacceptable. I was afraid and very concerned. I stopped any contact with the medical staff during my stay and kept working out outdoors.
