An absolutely amazing place with exceptional hospitality. While the property itself is beautiful, what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the incredible staff.
A very special thank you to Mahmoud and Selman from the reception team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, respect, warm attitude, and genuine attention to guests really stood out.
They didn’t simply do their job — they made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their efforts truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay exceptional.

The overall stay was good, and the hotel has the potential to deliver a much better experience. Darvin handled the breakfast issue professionally and supported us well, while Sajid at the front desk was also helpful and courteous. Their assistance was genuinely appreciated.
My booking was not properly reflected at the front desk, and there was no staff available to help move our luggage to the room. We were also informed by the front desk that breakfast was included, but the restaurant staff later told us it was not covered while I was there with my family. This lack of coordination was uncomfortable and did not feel professional. I expected a much smoother experience from such a reputed hotel group.
