Our stay had a bit of a difficult start as we had to move to another hotel at the last minute due to a maintenance issue with our room. Jahir initially offered to move us to a hotel in Al Barsha, but when we mentioned that we preferred to stay in the Marina area, he quickly arranged accommodation for us at the hotel next door instead.
Saiful was very kind and helpful during the move and made sure we were well taken care of. The following day, they arranged transportation for us to return to the hotel, and Saiful was there again to help us with our belongings.
To make up for the inconvenience, they also gave us complimentary breakfast even though it wasn’t included in our original booking, which we really appreciated.
Once we settled in, we were very happy with the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, especially for families, and the hallways and common areas are also very well maintained.
Saiful is very accommodating and helpful throughout. Tutu from reception was also very nice and welcoming.
Overall, the team handled everything really well and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We really appreciated how they looked after us despite the inconvenience at the beginning.

Overall the staff and facilities were good. Staff was very cooperative. From the reception staff, Cleaning, Bell boy to Hotel staff all were very helpful and professional. Location with sea view is excellent
