It was in a very good area, with nice facilities (pool, gym), close to subway and beach.
I believe it needs some refurbish. The bathroom and the kitchen need some small repairs (some details matters).
Also, the appartment/block of flats is in a very busy area (the traffic is intens until midnight and the somtimes it feels like the windows are wide open altough are not)..

Владелец был на связи и за несколько дней запросил копии наших документов, а мы получили заранее все инструкции по заселению и оно прошло идеально для нас. В последний день разрешил нам задержаться на несколько часов.
Расположение - в самом сердце Марины, удобно - близко пляж, неудобно - круглосуточное бибикание стоящих в пробке машин.
Внутри квартиры все как на фото.
по наполнению техникой: стиральная машина с сушкой (а это крайне удобно в путешествии с ребенком), микроволновая печь, плита с духовкой, капсульная кофемашина, чайник, фен , большой ТВ, WiFi, утюг и доска, детский стул и кроватка-манеж для малышей.
В комплексе есть бассейн на 3 этаже (взрослый и для детей) и там же детская комната с игрушками. пару дней было ветрено на пляже - отлично провели время у бассейна.
Если выходить не к пляжу, а к набережной - продуктовый магазин с основным ассортиментом в 2 минутной доступности.
скорее пожелания, чтоб стало еще удобнее гостям:
добавить лопаточку для сковороды, крышку чтоб закрыть тарелку в микроволновке, бумажные полотенца на кухню, набор специй (соль\перец\масло).

2 Day stop over enroute to Australia. Exactly what was required. Great central location with plenty close by within easy walk.
