The staff were kind and helpful, both at the reception and throughout the hotel. Osmani at the reception was particularly kind, welcoming, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Abdullah, in particular, was also always ready to assist with every request and made my stay even more pleasant.
I also greatly appreciated the complimentary upgrade from a Standard to a Deluxe room, which was a wonderful gesture.
The location is excellent as well, practically in the heart of Dubai Marina and very close to Marina Mall, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the area. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the friendly service and hospitality.
The only minor drawback during my stay was the construction site directly opposite the hotel. The project is currently at the foundation stage, and the construction activity was quite noticeable during the daytime, even with the doors and windows closed. However, you would not notice nothing at nigh time, and more importantly this is clearly a temporary situation, and I would expect it to become much less noticeable in the future.

I stayed here for over two months, and staying away from home that long is never easy. This team made it feel effortless.
Four people in particular deserve to be named: Amin, Ehsaan, Ni Ni, and Adnan. They knew exactly how I liked my breakfast without my ever having to ask. On the nights I came back late, they would send dinner up to my room as a courtesy, entirely unprompted. Small gestures, but after a long day they meant a great deal.
What stood out most was the consistency. Always a smile, always genuine warmth, never the sense that hospitality was something being performed. That is rare, and over a long stay it makes all the difference.
Amin, Ehsaan, Ni Ni, and Adnan: thank you for your hard work and for making this feel like home.

The view to Marina was great, the bedding is top quality (like in 5 star hotel). Room set up for longer stays with cooking as an option. Location is amazing, staff at the reception - great.
Construction noise - all time, from 7:20 am the heavy machinery construction noise- if I knew at the time of booking - I would never book regardless of the price, as on holidays I look for peace and quiet.
Usage of plastic takeaway cups in the breakfast - for water, drinks, coffee. No glassware were available.
Deposit - I stayed in other 5 hotels, no deposit was required. Now I need to wait 2 weeks to get it back.
