The view is incredible. It's the highest building in the Azores. The room, and all facilities were extremely clean. Lovely clean! Staff was not super easy to get ahold of while not in the building, but once I reached them, they were helpful and friendly.
Communication with Whatsapp should be more responsive

it took us half an hour to look for the parking lot and another hour to find the room.
they should send us the email at least 24 hour ahead and let us know how to check in, not on the same date.
