The only reason I don't give a 10 out of 10 is because there was no fan in the room, the room was very warm.

The location was perfect, there’s a lot of free parking spaces nearby.
We were staying in room 3 and it had a very distinct smell (of like smoke and aged beef) that we couldn’t get rid of:/ keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared and that despite being cleaned every day there will be hair in the shower and on the sink..

Location, clean bathrooms
It was really hot at night, also the van didnt do much since we could not have window open because we were on the ground floor and next to the street.
The bed was really uncomfortable.
