Don’t waste your money

Good selection of fruits in the breakfast

The hotel is very outdated. Beds are old, very uncomfortable. All the noise from the street and from other rooms comes in as the windows and doors are very old. Almost impossible to sleep. Small insects in the room, old smell, furniture in a very sad condition. Everything felt very dirty. Worst hotel I have ever been in. Nothing close to 5 star hotel, don’t believe the photos. Reality is something else. Don’t waste your money on that hotel.

God beliggenhet og fantastisk Frokost. Flotte creepy korridorer som gir deg følelsen av å være i en skrekkfilm:) Bra utområde for familien.

The Hotel location is great. It's easy to find your way back to after a night out and it's directly opposite the beach. The breakfast buffet was great. It was large and well serviced. The pool area was nice with plenty of lounges and shade. It's a big hotel but they have enough staff to keep it running like clockwork. The staff were very helpful. I especially liked having the option to use the adjoining door to the next room where my family was staying. I hope to stay here again, it's good value for money.

There were no instructions for the little in room safe. House keeping came to show me but I still couldn't work it out.

Do not recommend.

About the only good thing was the water pressure in the shower and the TV had decent channels and Netflix available.

The hotel is super old and tacky. The staff called me at 10.30pm at night while my son and I were sleeping to ask if I had paid for the room. The breakfast was cold and unappetising. The area itself is dirty and sleazy and the noise goes on late into the night. Not a pleasant stay at all, especially given the price!

立地とプールはなかなかよかった。白人と中国人・韓国人客がほとんどで子連れが皆無。静かだった。

booking.comから予約した部屋が写真とは全く違っていてショックだった。おそらく開業当時の写真でしょう。古すぎてびっくり。バスタブにお湯を溜めたら水がベージュと緑を混ぜたような色で怖くなり歯磨きも洗顔もペットボトルの水でするようにしました。唯一部屋がやや広めで窮屈ではなかったのが救いでした。最悪だった点・無料Wi-Fiがほぼ繋がらない・建物が古いせいなのか部屋中のコンセントが死んでいて満足な充電ができないor充電速度が遅すぎる。今回仕事での滞在だったので最悪だった。チェックイン初日にいっそ宿替しようかと思ったが金土日を挟みどこも空室がなく。それに移動してまたハズレだったらと思うと怖くて実行せずでした。激安宿ではないのにこんな目に遭うなんてお金を返して欲しいと思いました。プールエリアは南国らしく可愛かった。朝食は普通に食べられるものでした。このホテルを出てすぐ左手に進むとドンタンビーチでジョムティエン側とは雰囲気が異なりヤシの木にリスがいて可愛かった。ドンタンビーチ沿いはオシャレな白人向けカフェや富裕層が滞在する綺麗なホテルコンドのウェルカムワールドビーチリゾート、アバロンビーチリゾート等が並んでいます。ドンタンビーチ側に宿泊すればよかったと後悔の嵐です。治安に関しては問題なかったです。

Long black hair on toilet floor when i checked in,and still there 3 days after 🙄 2000 baht is a high price.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Great location and good value for money, breakfast selection was incredible, rooms were spotless facilities in the resort were superb and included 10 pin bowling alley, pool, mini mart, snooker etc. Highly recommend.

its close to the beach and amazing places, the food is also good, will be back on our next travel to Thailand.

the bathrobes are a but dusty :( we didn’t use it anyway.

Very old rooms, old hotel. Not properly maintained. Toilets and shower tiles are old which makes it look dirty. No proper aeration. Smells.

The staff were cooperated. Showing positive attitude. I like also the variety of food at the breakfast. Overall, it was a short calm peaceful stay.

A very comfortable stay, great pool , good efficient staff.

The breakfast is good and wholesome. The pool is lovely. The location is perfect for everything you need. Note: this is an older hotel but they do look after you and it is kept very clean.

WIFI in the room is very poor - use WIFI in the lobby or pool.

The perfect stay in paradise

An absolutely wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The view of the beach was stunning and it was pleasant to watch the world go by with a beer. The pool is one of the best I've been to. The restaurant staff were kind and the food delicious.

Great

Its situated conveniently beachfront, shops and stalls at the ease of walking distance. The pool is a great place to relax after long day at beach.

Staff at that day was requesting ridiculous amount of documents for my stay. Im booking by credit card and online apps, so all my details should be with you, suffice i provide one document to proof my identity.

A Gem

Location couldn't be better, close to everything. . Building is very nice, room was good, and it appears they are updating. Breakfast buffet was as good, if not better than most you'll find in Thailand. Pool was very nice and well kept. Staff not overly friendly but very efficient. Overall excellent value.

No balconies, bathroom was functional but dated, but like I said, it appears they are updating.
