Corporate travelers and Regatta participants welcome! Relax and recharge in this welcoming, private, accommodation. Queen bed and 1/2 bath in separate room, full living, dining and kitchen. Soak up some Southern California sunshine or enjoy cool afternoon breezes. You are walking distance to ABYC and close to LBYC if you are here for a regatta. And we're just a short drive to the Convention Center, the Aquarium of the Pacific, Memorial Hospital or CSULB. Coming for work? Fast WiFi. Rates are much more reasonable than downtown hotels. Forget the hotel and stay at this beautiful property. It is close to everything in Long Beach and perfectly located steps from the beach. Natalie is the most amazing host. This is truly a hidden gem in Long Beach.

Very cute property located about 1/2 block either way between the beach on the marina side or the Pacific on the other side. The property owner was so sweet and made sure we had what we needed. She even stocked coffee and breakfast items for us because our flight came in after 9pm. Many Thanx to Natalie we Loved our stay!!! Highley recomend this spot gang!! The Floyds

Beach cottage stay exceeded our expectations. Cozy and stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Just a few steps to the bay or the ocean. Natalie was a gem. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Hated to leave….hope to be back!

Absolutely lovely host and the accommodations were some of the finest we have stayed at using VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with organic food and beverages, the neighborhood was exceptionally quiet, and the location is perfect for walkability. One of the finest stays ever.

Natalie is great host. She is so nice and welcoming. She answered all our questions. Having breakfast items there is such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do. The beach cottage exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location to bay and ocean. Quiet place to stay and close to all the places we wanted to see.

Did not disappoint: the location, full size apartment, the large front deck, and a wonderful host were better than we expected. Super clean and such fresh fluffy linens were special. Felt like noone ever stays there which isnt the case!

My husband and I really loved Natalie’s hospitality and home. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Just what we wanted! Natalie helped us with places we were wanting to shop, visit, etc. She also provided some delicious food for breakfast. She went above and beyond for everything! We will definitely be coming back to stay here. Fabulous and very safe! Excellent Location! Thank you so very much!

This place was perfect for my husband + I. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach (which is literally a few doors down), and the host was very gracious by providing some breakfast food, fresh berries, as well as great coffee. This is a quiet neighborhood just like we prefer. Sitting on the sun deck with a book, cup of coffee and sun shine can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Natalie for being a great host!!

Nicely updated upstairs unit of an older beach area duplex. Very friendly and accommodating owners live in the unit below, so you deal directly with them instead of some uninformed corporate property manager. Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

The upstairs cottage is sweet and charming. It’s quiet, private, comfortable, and homey.
The neighborhood is quiet and the proximity to both the bay and the ocean couldn’t be closer. I had a very enjoyable stay!

Long Beach House Vacation
We had an amazing time! Natalie was a wonderful host, the house was lovely. Great location, not on the beach but we'll within walking distance. Nice and quite. One thing I would mention is parking can be difficult, the first couple of nights we had to park a couple of blocks away. Not sure if this is the norm it not. Over all we would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Natalie!

Relaxing with great location
This two BR beach cottage is charming, pristine clean, and has all the amenities you need for a vacation. Located on the Peninsula, it's steps from the Bay and within walking distance to Belmont Shore. Most of all, our host Natalie, was very welcoming and gave us information that made us feel comfortable in our "new neighborhood". She also left us with some starter goodies in the fridge for our first night here. 5-star quality!

Exactly what we were looking for!
We rented this property for 24 days while my boyfriend attended training at the Long Beach Airport and it was perfect for what we needed. Natalie’s upstairs unit was perfectly placed on one of the quaint side street in a great and safe neighborhood on the peninsula . The bay beach was at one end of the street and the ocean on the other end. You could walk the beach for miles and then get some sun on the bay beach. There was a fabulous cafe called Vibes just three streets over along with a small liquor store and a laundromat. Second street in Belmont Shores was just a 20 minute walk away with great restaurants, boutiques and fun shops along with yoga, fitness studios and a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s not far from there. This was helpful since I didn’t have a car during the day. Natalie was the perfect hostess and was extremely responsive if we needed anything at all. Beautiful sunny deck, gas grill and it was comfortable and clean inside. We had everything we needed for our extended stay and would definitely stay with Natalie again should we find ourselves in Long Beach.

Lovely Accomodation
We had a lovely time at the beach cottage. The owner is so very accommodating providing some starter foods upon arrival and checking in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. The location is perfect!
The only issue we had was the nearby construction. During the weekdays we were woken by hammering at 7:00 am but it stopped during lunch time and around 4:00pm. So if you won't be at the property during the weekdays you will be just fine. I am sure this is only temporary .
We will stay here again.

Perfect place by the beach
This was a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is just a couple of hundred yards from the beach one way and the harbor the other, and in a quiet part of town, it was just perfect!

Natalie was an awesome host as she was very welcoming to the property. The location is perfect with ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Many activities in close proximity. Beach Cottage has a very relaxing/home feel. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Long Beach for the first time.

Perfect..... in every way!
We absolutely LOVED our ten day stay at Natalie’s beach cottage. The home was spotless, well stocked, and so very comfortable. The deck was amazing with a great bbq and plenty of room to have friends over to enjoy it all. It truly felt like home! Secondly, the location. It was quiet, close to the beach, strand for biking, and all the fun of second street without all the chaos! And finally our host.... Natalie. She was there to help with anything we needed, kept us posted on important info, and was quietly there to make our stay the best that it could be and it was! We cannot wait for our next stay!!!

Not only did she give us a charming and comfortable place for my wife and I to use but she also had the kitchen stocked with bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, pasta and pasta sauce, as well as a bottle of red and white wines to name a few.
My wife and I got delayed getting to LAX on the day of our arrival to the point is was early the next morning when we finally arrived. It was so wonderful to have those few things already in the kitchen so we didn’t have to go out right away to get food. Natalie also offered to extend our stay an extra day since we got in so late the first day. We had to get back, unfortunately, but the gesture was appreciated.
The place was comfortable, inviting, clean, and stocked with tons of books, a nice tv with Dish as well as an incredible deck with a grill (it was pretty chilly so we didn’t get a chance to really use it).
The rental was about 30 minutes to Disneyland, 1 1/2 hours to San Diego, and about an hour to Hollywood so it was pretty centrally located to the touristy activities we wanted to do.
Needless to say, my wife and I had a wonderful time and so much of it was because of the accommodations Natalie provided. We will definitely stay at her place again when we visit in the future.

The house is both warm and cozy in the overall look and feel. The master bedroom has a great, comfy bed and the second bedroom across the hall was a great place to keep our empty suitcases - so we never felt we were just ‘camping out’ during our week long stay.
The kitchen and dining room were just perfect as we chose to just stay in some evenings and make our own dinners.
The living room has a great couch and two comfy chairs that were perfect when we wanted to just chill and read. Wifi is great - and we were able to check emails and stream Netflix on our personal computers with no problem.
Being that house is located on the peninsula, there is never really any traffic nor loud noises. It’s really hard to image that you’re just a few minutes from Pacific Coast Highway with quick access to Seal Beach or even downtown Long Beach. Parking was never a problem for us. Generally, we parked just right in front of the house. That’s hard to come by in most SoCal neighborhoods!
Natalie was the consummate hostess. Always anticipating our needs, she went above and beyond making our stay very easy and comfortable.
If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’ll certainly be talking about your time here with all your friends - or planning your next trip back to visit!
