The location is perfect, a stroll to the Dunes, the Beach, the shops and really good restaurants but yet quiet and peaceful. The pool is great and with plenty of loungers so never a need to rush down. The room comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay , always hot water etc , comfortable beds, full equipped kitchen. The staff are lovely , must give a special mention to Sebastian at reception who was such a pleasure throughout - we stayed here for 2 weeks and would definitely return without hesitation
Some extra blankets for the sofa bed would have been nice as sometimes it was a little nippy during the night but we didn’t request them so there could be some sent up maybe if they were requested from reception

Nice room overlooking pool. Very good cleaning service.
Handy for bus stop and small local shops. Lift.
Pool shut at 6. Bed uncomfortable.
Found a cockroach in our bedroom as left patio door open all night. Maspaslomas town is quite sleazy a lot of gay clubs, massage parlours, kinky swinger clubs etc. Quite noisy at times. I would stay here again as it was easy to get around without a hire car

Location, pool, clean and well furnished apartment, with most things necessary for a self-catering holiday. Very helpful multilingual staff, nice large balcony, access to private parking although free on-street parking was also available.
It would have been nice to have slightly longer opening hours at the pool. 18:30 seemed a bit early for us. But a minor detail.
