Appartamento a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, appena sotto casa vi è la metropolitana, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito, molto comodo il check in ed il check out senza personale e con i codici di accesso. C era anche la lavatrice, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato per pochi giorni. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente! Sicuramente consigliato

Sve preporuke, odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji 20 minuta hoda do centra, ako vas mrzi da hodate ili je loše vreme tramvaj broj 2 staje bukvalno ispred vrata smeštaja i vozi vas po obodu centra tako da možete lako doći do bilo koje atrakcije u centru grada. U okolini smeštaja ima puno pekara, marketa i restorana brze hrane tako da uvek možete nešto da prezalogajite. Što se tiče samog smeštaja izgleda baš moderno i ima sve što vam je potrebno. Osećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće. Sve pohvale za ljude koji izdaju ove apartmane, komunikacija putem mejla je bila jednostavna i brzo su odgovarali na sva pitanja.

Jedina zamerka je na udobnost kauča na razvlačenje, bio je nekako klimav i svakim pokretom sam imao osećaj kao da će da se raspadne. Svakako od kreveta na razvlačenje i ne može da se očekuje da bude udoban ali eto ako moram da nađem neku zamerku to je ova.

Worth for price

Perfect location, stores, public transport near to apartment, price is perfect!!!!

The only disadvantage were the bed and sofa very uncomfortable for us!

Przy ponownej wizycie w Wiedniu chętnie wrócę do tego apartamentu

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spacerkiem w 20 min można dojsc do centrum. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, piekarń oraz stacja metra

L’emplacement, l’équipement généralement en bon état, la douche spacieuse, les fenêtres dans la toiture, la vue sur la ville, la bonne organisation et la clarté des explications reçues par e-mail

Seulement le canapé-lit, il est usagé et peu confortable

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Pfeffer, Öl, Eierbecher, etc.

Overall great experience.

Floor hearing, very nice bathroom, balcony and overall interior of the apartment. We liked that you can always leave room key in the drawer of the key safe after the last person left the place so whoever comes back first can just type the password and get the key. So we didn't have to worry if we will lose it or that we all have to stay together all the time in the city and worry about who has the key.

We couldn't understand where exactly to take out trash because the containers across the building were locked...

Good location, not that clean.

Good location, close to subway and bus station, shops, caffes, restaurants, Prater park is close by, a nice park close by, also parking.

It is not that clean. The floors were not clean, they just wipe them, it is not cleaned properly, you need slippers to walk in the room. The dust is not wiped, neither is the shower or toilet. Dissapointing!!! There is no clean sheet for the couch. There is one on the matress when you unfold the couch but it might be there for some time, there is no guarantee it is clean. It doesn’t look clean. And we had to put the kids to sleep on that sheet. So, would not recommend this location for families with kids. They also send you a link to make a reservation for a parking place for 20 Euro/day. We didn’t book the place in advance as they said in the e-mail and when we arrived, we met someone from the administration and he said our car will be towed because we didn’t book a parking place. We just stopped the car to unload our luggage. My husband left with the car quickly and found an ultra-modern parking place close by with 6 euro/day, with ticketless access via app. Go to Garage Volkertstrasse if you need parking and download the app.

This property is in an ideal area. Tram runs directly outside. An underground station on the corner,

Spotlessly clean, memory foam mattress,, smart TV in living room and both bedrooms .

I would of liked mugs as the cups were small and a couple more glasses would have been a bonus as there were only 4 of each and there was 5 of us.

great property in a great location! next to a tube stop to really make the most of the city

easy access from station, 10 minute walk on one street or 1 tube stop. very clean and more than enough space for 5/6 guests, aircon and windows were a godsend

Great location close to city center, near tram and metro station. Clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable auto check in system

No basic supplies (salt, coffee, sugar) . Please at least pass our bought ones to the next guests

Location oke,but they should improve the facilities in the apartment! Not perfect for long stay!

Location not too far from the central

~ Rooms is very noisy especially rooms face down in the main street , can hear all the car, tramp passing by ~ WiFi is up & down , annoying ~ No Dish washer, mostly big apartments they should have it if you have kitchen! ~ No dryer for clothes , especially for winter season! ~ Decoration is awful taste

Modern, clean apartment with good location and amenities.

The location was great with metro and tram stations right by the apartment so it was easy and fast to go anywhere in the city. There were also two supermarkets within 2 mins walking distance which is handy. The apartment was super clean and hosts were responsive to emails. Also, the instructions for opening the safe and getting the key were clear and the process was not complicated. I would recommend this accomodation and stay again there when visiting Vienna.

In order to receive access codes you need to provide personal information of guests and credit card details. To me it was unclear why credit card details were needed since the payment was made so that was discussed with the hosts but in the end everything was ok.

Very good

Excellent apartment - a lot of space, warm, clean, bright and very comfortable, everything was super. The only issue we had was unstable wifi connection. Wifi was constantly on and off with long non-working periods. It would be impossible to write emails or google something if we didn't have mobile internet. It was not fixed during our stay, I hope it'll be in the future.
