Clean, nice staff and good communication with the owner through Whattsapp. Bed vas comfortable, room spacious. Breakfast ok, good pancakes, coffee, fruit.
Rules and regulations were not followed. Neighbour was loud until 02:00 (should be quiet after 21:00) and the guard didn’t tell the ppl to be quiet so I had to tell him. Told the owner in the morning and he dealt with it right away.

I had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Guesthouse. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They also helped me arrange tours around Zanzibar, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Lighthouse Guesthouse to anyone looking for great value and excellent hospitality in Nungwi. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, staffs friendly.
For the price, I expected much more. The property looks better in the photos than it does in reality. It is quite old and in need of renovation.
The bathroom was poorly maintained. The shower had no screen or curtain, so water splashed all over the floor and around the toilet. There wasn’t even a bath mat to dry your feet after showering, leaving the entire bathroom wet and dirty.
I was also given a room with the generator right outside the door. It was extremely noisy and made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep
