Good location, very friendly and good performing staff, very clean, good hot water
I would have preferred to have possibility to open the window with mosquito net for night. The window in the room is the entrance door. So if you want to let the fresh air in and don’t want to use conditioner, you have to open balcony door. So nasty mosquitoes have possibility to sneak in. Tho I’ve seen just 3 of them during my 8 nights stay

it is close tot he beach. super clean. and the most important thing is the building itself. it isn’t concrete building. it is warm, not humid. you can sleep very well.
the only thing is i couldn’t find the hot water for shower. but the water wasn’t cold. so if you can swim you can take shower. not so much important

The staff was amazing, always available to help. The location of the hotel was excellent: 5 minutes on foot from the beach and also very close to the town center (shops and restaurants). I also really enjoyed breakfast, with lot of fruit and eggs. The room was equipped with a small fridge, very useful, and a small table outside in the terrace, as well as an extremely handy rope to hang clothes to dry! I already miss the cozy atmosphere of Kivulini! Highly recommended!
If there was hot water, I would have been happy, since I am always cold, even in very warm weather. A bit more light in the room would have also been useful to work

Staff were very pleasant.

Room perfectly pleasant.
I knew this was a budget accomodation. But some little issues that could make the experience better.
I was offered and asked for breakfast at 7h30 which suited me as I was going diving at 8h00. No-one appeared until 7h55.
Electric issues with the room lights and plugs only resolved after I asked twice.
Location was quiet which is what I wanted but it was a bit of a muddy backroad to get to the beach.
