Skvělé umístění hotelu hned u stanice vleku, parkování v garáži, dobrý výběr na snídani a fantastické večeře v bufetovém stylu. Pokoje byly dostatečně velké, včetně čtyřlůžkového pro naše teenagery. Potěšil nás saunový svět ve 4.patře i prostorná lyžárna v suterénu se skřínkami pro každý pokoj nebo herna s pingpongovým stolem a stolním fotbálkem. Personál hotelu byl ve všem velmi ochotný a nápomocný a vyšel nám vstříc s pozdním checkoutem. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili a rádi se někdy vrátíme.
Nevyhovovaly nám poměrně dost měkké matrace, jinak bylo vše v pořádku.

The hotel impressed me with its diverse meal options, including a commendable selection of vegetarian choices—a rarity in Austrian catering. The perfect location (closed to the lift) and free covered parking.
I found two significant issues that impacted my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the absence of a washbasin in the toilet (picture attached) is a serious sanitary concern, and it should be considered a basic necessity for guests. Secondly, the lack of daily room cleaning during my stay was disappointing and fell short of the expected service level.

Great location next to ski lift, bed is comfortable, although there are two separate mattresses. Ok breakfast, but the same every day and no pastries.
The room was probably the least favourable, in the ground floor, directly overlooking (from both windows) the parking lot. The cleaning of the room happens once every 2 days, and not even then the towels are changed, we only got one additional clean towel for a 4-day stay. An extra fee (7€) is charged for bath robes. Considering the price paid for this stay (430€/night) it is not good value for money. I would at least expect room cleaning every day and towel change or a cheaper overall price.
