Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from the town, supermarkets and lake front. About a 10 minute walk from the train station.
The fold down bed wasn’t very comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work very well so it was very hot at night. The shower head is broken (and evidently has been for a long time looking at other reviews) so you have to hold it. The toilet was also broken and not fixed to the wall securely. There was limited pans for cooking. It also could have been cleaner, with lots of dust and hairs on skirtings etc.

Great location. Good facilities.
Aircon in hallway had limited effectiveness in the bedroom, with no other fans it was uncomfortably hot to sleep. A couple of fans would really help.

Location was great! Within easy reach of everything you need access to such as supermarkets, shops, walking distance to the lake where you can get the hop on hop off to the borromean islands.
The bed pull out from the top which we didn't know, not the most comfortable. There is a drainage issue in the shower and the water doesn't go down fast enough. It backs up which is gross.
