BEAUTIFUL UPGRADED LUXURY GULF FRONT CONDO! MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE, CONDO REGULATIONS. NO PETS ALLOWED FOR NON OWNERS, CONDO ASSOCIATION POLICY. Exclusive luxury condo built in 2006, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, newer sofa & loveseat, gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, new washer and dryer and large refrigerator. 28' wide by 10 ‘ deep balcony, High Speec WIFI internet, New 75”smart tv with blue ray player and each bedroom has 50” tv's with blue ray players also. a TV in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a new mattress as of 4/24. Bathrooms with hairdryers and luxury oversized towels. The over sized balcony has large granite top table with chairs and lounges and the view is fabulous from balcony. There is seasonal 24 hour security and covered parking. Exercise room with ocean view, sauna and over sized hot tub. WE HAVE ALSO INSTALLED HVAC UV LIGHT IN THE AC SYSTEM AND A IWAVE AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM That Actively purifies the whole house! Kills mold, bacteria and viruses Reduce allergens, odors, smoke and particles. Easy access, park under the building, elevators are within 150 feet max depending on where you get a parking spot and 30 feet to the condo entrance of the elevator. Not like 5 minute walks at some other resorts. New Pier Park Mall just 10 minutes away. Beautiful mall with upscale stores. Great restaurants, dog track, day and dinner cruises, Go Cart track, Super WalMart 3 blocks away, championship golf course, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, water parks, mini golf, parasailing, museums, horseback riding, and more. We rent by the week only during the summer months, Saturday to Saturday, Check In is 4pm and check out is 10am. There is an additional cleaning fee of $125, VRBO holds $250.00 security deposit. You will receive one parking pass additional passes can be purchased in the office. You must return your Oceanvilla wristbands when you depart or there will be a $50.00 charge for each missing band. One parking pass included Bring your Beach Towels Keywords: Oceanvilla, Condominium, Gulf Front, Beach Front, Panama City Beach, Luxury We also require a Guidelines paper to be signed and a photo ID

Great communication and easy to work with! Clean and organized! Updated features other than master shower and bathroom. Love the big screen tv, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, furniture and climate control. Definitely will book again for the right price.

Our stay here was just fabulous. The condo was spotless, had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It was very convenient to have beach service included, and the large balcony with breathtaking Gulf views was the cherry on top! We definitely plan to come back!

The condo was amazing! The communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was super simple! Todd was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was great and the beach was beautiful! The views from the balcony were awesome and the sounds of the waves hitting the beach were so relaxing. The pools were refreshing when you needed a break from the ocean. There were a lot of things to do in the area and many different places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Although there were double red flags due to rip currents we found plenty to do and enjoyed every minute..

This condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The condo was super clean and very nicely furnished. Everything that we needed to live there for the month of February was in there. All we had to take in were the groceries and there are 2 markets within a mile of the condo for that. The balcony is really big, really nice and is a great place to watch the sunsets. We are a retired couple from Maryland and wanted to break up the winter by spending a month in Florida. We were definitely not disappointed at all in the condo or the location. In fact, we ended up very happy with our decision to stay here. Todd kept in touch with us occasionally to make sure everything was alright and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this condo and this owner!

We loved the condo!!!! If you have more than1 vehicle you might have an additional charge for a parking pass--the other concern was there is not an ice machine on site so make sure if you're packing a cooler everyday you have plenty of ice on hand. Other than these 2 small things we enjoyed ourselves. .

Feels like home!
Todd's home is very nicely decorated and very cozy, with all the amenities! The condo is very spacious, has a great view, and is very clean. Absolutely loved using the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the balcony, and the easy access to the beach! The building is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants (Pineapple Willy's!) that are within a short walking distance. Todd is a very responsive and gracious host, which is most appreciated!

What a great vacation!! Our condo was perfect and just a described. Located within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Even if you had to drive it wasn't too far.
The beach and sand... Can't even describe how nice it was!!

Condo was super clean had everything we needed and more. Even a foot bath like at home. It was so comfortable it felt like home away from home. The view is gorgeous! Very safe with security. This condo was exactly as pictured, property managers were extremely responsive. Condo was clean upon arrival and very welcoming. My only complaints (minor) are the master bed (mattress was basically blown out on both sides) and parking was tough if you have a larger vehicle. Would definitely rent here again if I was in PCB.

Family Trip with Hurrican Sally
The property was beautiful😎the beach was amazing and the water was so clear it was a fantastic Friday Saturday Sunday and then Hurricane Sally showed up.🤬Mr. Collins was nothing but awesome throughout our stay although we didn't get to be outside that much the place is amazing! Updated with awesome amenities and a great location. We will definitely be coming back to this place… hopefully without Sally's brother or sister hurricanes!😎

The condo is ideal for couples. With the 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The nice large table on the balcony with the great ocean view was our favorite spot for breakfast and coffee. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and Walmart. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
