Nice and clean, great facilities in the room.
Being quite a cold night and given that we arrived after dark, if possible it would have been nice to have a light on and the room a bit warmer. However I do understand that some guests are no-shows, so not always practical.

My elderly parents, both in their 90's, stayed here. Suzi went above and beyond to help my parents and check in on them. Suzi and the team were absolutely lovely and respectful.
My parents needed to stay an extra night, last minute, also after checking out and we didn't check back in until late. Suzi had the outside light on and the heat pump on so the room was very cosy when checking in
