Location was perfect for why we were visiting Tauranga. Motel was quiet and clean

If you are looking for location, value & comfortable it meets your needs. Good furniture, carpet & drapes, tv and air con works well. It was clean.
Pity the ceiling and walls had not seen any paint since Grandad did it 40 years ago. Aesthetically challenging, but that disappears when you turn the lights off and go to sleep.
