We had a great stay - comfortable beds meant we slept well - would come again.

Bright, clean, comfortable premises. Attractive blankets and throws. Kitchen equipping at a good standard. Tv worked well.. Good hot water supply. Enjoyed thermal pool.

One wardrobe had no rail or hangers. Small area of floor in bathroom by new unit not finished. Thermal pool area felt a bit rundown. Trampoline mat was torn and hazardous. Health and safety problem?

Easy access for where we wished to go. Close to shopping and good eateries

Bathroom a little restricted but yet functional. Insufficient hangi g space for towels and clothes.

My husband had work for the morning so we decided to go away for a little getaway. This place was suprisingly comfortable, very clean. Beds so comfy! Shower was amazing. Thank you for having us

Handy location. Nice clean motel.

Booked because it had a Thermal Pool. Unfortunately the pool wasn't working. Wish we had been told. Kids were disappointed with the playground, which only had a trampoline.

Nice location, friendly staff and comfortable stay.

Room was relaxed and comfortable, bed was good firmness, right in the middle zone.

Outdoor light still shone into room despite curtains, that was disruptive to sleep.

Not a great experience and we won't be back!

Not a lot to be honest, but it was clean and it was a bed for the night.

A number of issues. We booked this online and made some requests online also about a couple of changes. It ended up our room was double booked and that we almost didn't have a bed to stay in. Another group infact had to find elsewhere. The pool was "closed" yet it looked like some were still using it. The desk was quite often not manned and when it was the person organising it didnt seem to know what they were doing. We wont be back!!!

The room was clean and fresh .

I booked because of the pool. On arrival we were told that they were fixing the roof and it wasn't in use. I said I booked because of the pool ,having school children with me,and they said we could use it, but it was very clean. . The lady at the reception said she would bring us swimming towels ,but never did. I went to pull out the sofa bed to sleep in, and the sheets were covered in mould.

We enjoyed out stay in Tauranga.

Kitchen and Bathroom were well stocked with items and very clean.

The shower was inadequate. The flow very pour and the toilet pressure also not good.

Classic kiwi motel but nicely refurbished. Good value for money. Immaculately clean. Very friendly staff. Quiet location but walking distance from the Fraser Cove shopping centre. Access to the Waimapu Estuary walkway is from the end of the street.

The indoor thermal pool was temporarily closed due to damage to the roof resulting from the last storm. We are looking forward to using the pool next time.
