Very clean unit and very comfy bed
Sadly the pool did not look inviting and clearly in need of a good paint, renovation and clean hence on our judgement we didn't think fit to use

The location was good. The new carpet was nice.
I refused the first room they gave us. There were holes in the wall, the shower was mouldy, the second 'room' had no door. The front of the oven was sticking out, the paint was peeling, the bottom of the shower wall was rotten. Every wall was heavily damaged with chunks missing and not painted. The drawers were glued together from being broken. The bedroom door looked like it had been kicked in and was heavily damaged and had holes in it.
The second room was much better, no dead cockroaches. My biggest complaint about the second room was the bathroom was a wet, wet area. The steam had no where to go, even with both windows open. And water ran out of the wall hair dryer when I picked it up. The shower curtain was 2 inches too short for the shower, so a lot just went under onto the floor. Lots of paint missing from the shower step and window sill, just exposed wood so you know it was hard to clean.
The walls were paper thin in our unit and between units. We could hear everything and had to watch our own voices.
The Thermal pool was slimy, we didn't go in it because it was disgusting. I wiped my fingers along the pool wall and just about vomited. Its probably a severe health violation.
Never, ever again. The manager said he had no permission to fix anything from the company that owned it.
