My stay at Banyan Tree Tamouda Bay was truly exceptional. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy. The resort grounds are immaculate, the beach is stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. What impressed me the most was the outstanding level of service from every member of the staff. A special thank you goes to the housekeeping team for their professionalism and attention to detail. I would especially like to recognize Mrs. Akhannas, whose kindness, dedication, and impeccable work made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.
Honestly, very little. If I had to mention something, it would be that one night was simply not enough to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Location, design and infrastructure. Breakfast and service at the breakfast
Check-In without visibility when the booked villas will be ready, staff at the restaurant without knowledge about basic service like keeping a bottle of white wine cold. Simple cesar salad was not possible. The worst was to be forced to wake up by an army of bug’s around your neck in the bed. I claimed all the above and the answer of the stuff was standard, maybe you had food in the bed (I haven’t), this is high season and we are forced to work with uneducated seasonal stuff…etc No action what so ever to turn your bad experiences to a better one.
