Our party booked 3 king rooms with sea view. There were minor issues with most of the rooms ranging from ac, hot water and tv not working. One of the rooms was missing a cup and a glass, one room had provided 1 set of slippers which were not evident in the other rooms and one room had a fruit basket also not available in the other rooms.
Cleanliness- a couple of the rooms did not look like they had been cleaned properly. A used tissue was found in the closet in one room and some hair in the corner of the other room.
I would expect more consistency in the provision of amenities throughout an identical class of rooms. There were many minor issues that compounded to make us dissatisfied with the stay.
Also upsetting was that my children attempted to order room service and wanted to charge the room- they were told they needed to pay right away. This should be clarified on the room service menu so that guests can have cash handy.
Elevators- we spent an inordinate amount of time waiting to take the elevators each day.The hotel should allocate a staff member to the elevator to assist in ensuring that elevator space is fully optimized to help with flow.
