The staff are very kind, respectful, always smiling, and very helpful.
The bathroom needs more attention. The sink was clogged, you can see mold on the floor of the bathroom as well as on the AC. The shower design was not convenient: when talking a shower and flood is a must due to the design of it. Un couvre-lit as a cover for summer is not very ideal; i would have preferred something lighter.

Really clean and all the staff was very professional and helpful and kind , I had a few different treatments in the spa with nada she was very good and extremely professional with years of experience I highly recommend this spa too if your stay at the hotel , I also enjoyed the food the quality was exceptional for a buffet lots of range and really tasty something for everyone! I will definitely be revisiting as soon as I can
I honestly can’t say I didn’t like anything it was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back
