It was a great stay , specially the stuff they were all nice and warm specially Wafae at the reception and Youssef who took care of our car every and each time without complaining, i am grateful for both and the whole journey was immaculate, the chamber was great with a wonderful view , would definitely go there again .

Great location, right by the marina. The view from the room was amazing as it overlooked the marina. The staff were all very helpful, especially Mustafa and Salma, who helped us check in, and were very accommodating and were able to upgrade my room. The breakfast was great as it had a vast selection of food, and was well worth the price.
The lifts were a bit small, and one of them broke down during the stay.

- sleep quality was horrible. The hotel is next to a very busy street and noise isolation is non existing. It is like sleeping in the middle of the street. You can hear the cars honking non stop, I mean non stop. People shouting, music playing etc and so on
- we asked the hotel to book us a taxi for some sightseeing. The car was old piece of…(you know what). The driver told us the whole story about how he is exploited by his company, how horrible they are etc. This is a small taxi company (8 cars) so it is bizarre that the hotel has an agreement with them, which they do. I was riding a shotgun without being able to fasten my seatbelt as it did not work. The driver cried several times during our short trip. Very weird experience.
