Location is excellent , close proximity to everything. Staff were courteous and went out of their way to help us. The hotel is also spotlessly clean

LOCATION, accessibility, safety, service, friendliness, warmth, hospitality, food, amenities, front desk, quiet, very well kept & cleanliness, view from terrace, bed & pillow comfort etc etc! Best selection if you want to stay at Tanger city center amidst busy streets and still be secluded in absolute heaven & peace. Will be back !!!

Beautiful, traditional hotel in a good location. Very comfortable beds, and a lovely dining/breakfast room. The attractive court yard and terrace provided protection from the wind and the sun and a delightful place to unwind with a drink.
So disappointed the outdoor pool was not open! The weather was glorious and it felt wrong swimming indoors in a heated pool. Plus there was major noisy work around the outdoor pool yet really the only area to enjoy the delightful weather.

The property is very old, but the main issue for me was the poor service.
