I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the design of the rooms and the view from the terrace. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, but I want to give a special mention to Abderramán. He was incredibly attentive to every detail, gave me fantastic recommendations for local sights and places to eat, and was a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

A special thanks goes to Abderrahman, who provided outstanding assistance during our stay. We were traveling with a large number of suitcases, and he went above and beyond to help us carry and move our luggage. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.
The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
Another great advantage is the location. The property is situated in the heart of the old medina, making it easy to explore the historic area on foot and conveniently access the main attractions, shops, and restaurants within the old city.
the rooms is accessed via a steep staircase. This may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations, those with disabilities, or travelers carrying heavy luggage. While the location has its charm.

The Staff led by Abdul were exceptional. Could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Really wonderful. Location at the top end of the Kasbah makes it easy to visit all the tourist sites.
Damp and mold. Our first room which was a jnr suite was atrocious. Despite a dehumidifier running continuously the humidity never got below 85%. Mold was on walls, paint was peeling, smell was pervasive. The room we moved to next day was better but still had damp issues. There had been a lot of rain over the past few months but critical for the owner to resolve the issue. I saw comments from summer last year also mentioning damp smell.
Hot water also seemed in short supply with barely enough for 2 warm showers. The shower tray itself is very shallow and floods the bathroom if you were to open too much pressure.
